Este solar está afectado por una moratoria en la concesión de las licencias de obra por parte del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor. La ordenanza municipal de urbanismo, teóricamente permite la construcción de una vivienda unifamiliar con planta baja y primer piso con una altura máxima de 7,5 m., donde la edificabilidad máxima sería de 05, m2/m2 solar ( 1.063 / 0,5 = 531 m2 de vivienda), y con una ocupación máxima del solar en planta baja de un 25% ( 25% * 1.063 m2 = 266 m2).
