Disponemos de la Cédula Urbanística actualizada. Este solar está afectado por la moratoria en la concesión de las licencias de obra por parte del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor. Ahora mismo la situación es que el Ayuntamiento ha conseguido unas subvenciones europeas para acometer las obras de canalización de la saneamientos (aguas sucias), y están pendientes de la aprobación del proyecto de obra de dichos saneamientos por parte de Medio Ambiente, y posteriormente se tendrá que tramitar dicho proyecto en el Consell de Mallorca.
