This is because they are the 4 municipalities with the highest demand and population density, especially in summer.

For its part, the cheapest towns to buy an independent villa are Son Servera, just over €1,600/m², Cala Agulla, about €1,500/m², and Lluchmayor, which also ranges from €1,500/m².

Villas for sale in the Balearic Islands

Buy a rustic property in the Islands

Concerning the rustic properties in the province of the Balearic Islands, extensive properties can be seen that can reach more than 400,000 m², including construction and land, either to cultivate, to hold events or for personal use.
